Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop powertrimlb.com. Our offer is directed exclusively at consumers residing in the Lebanon.
Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in our webshop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you are placing a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. An order confirmation will be sent to you by email immediately. The purchase contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation email from us.
Prices and Payment
All prices include VAT (where applicable) and shipping costs within the Netherlands.
The available payment methods are shown during checkout (Credit Card, COD and Wish Pay).
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 2-3 business days.
We offer free shipping within the Lebanon.
In case of delays, we will contact you via email.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. All details can be found in our Return and Refund Policy.
Return Conditions
Returns are possible within 30 days of placing the order.
Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
The direct cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.
Address Change
An address change is possible within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact our customer service for this.
After shipment, changes to the delivery address are no longer possible.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of placement.
After shipment, cancellation is no longer possible. Returns can still be made according to our return policy.
Warranty
The statutory warranty applies.
If products show obvious shipping damage, please report this within 2 business days via email with photo evidence.
After review, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for damaged products.
Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the violation of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).
Retention of Title
Products remain our property until full payment has been received.
Applicable Law
All legal relationships are governed by Lebanon law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Dispute Resolution
The European Commission offers a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
We are not obligated and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
Final Provisions
If any provision of these terms and conditions is invalid, the remainder of the agreement remains valid. In place of the invalid provision, the relevant statutory regulations shall apply.
