Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of placing your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it - undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase or your order number.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product. Report this within 2 business days of receiving the item with clear photos of the damage.
We will offer a replacement, full refund, or store credit.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved.

Return Shipping Costs
If the item is not damaged or defective, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the return shipping or offer a full refund without requiring a return (if applicable).
